Literature Text

You lay in bed.
Cover up eventually
Clashing, melding, intertwining
With the eyeliner
Running down you over bronzed cheeks.
A bead of Grey-ish filth
Dripping off the corner of your jaw.
You are crying over him again.
Why?
If he makes you feel like this,
Whats the point?
No matter.
It's a question of time,
And a question of the will
To believe that he will love you again.
This was written about no one, really. While I was supposed to be doing math in summer School.

I actually think that this is quite complete. Sometimes extra long poems get drawn out too much, and this is simple. It has great imagery (especially in the 3rd line) and you don't use adverbs or what I like to call them "ly" words, all that much. Instead, you showed the reader instead of telling. Good work :)
